It’s just the attention to detail. It’s a pure love of the attention to detail. When I’m creating a flavor, I like to put whatever that actual essence is to that flavor. I add those things, and I think about the person who is going to eat that product. When you eat it, you need to enjoy it. It needs to be the quintessential experience you’ve ever had. I taste the cinnamon, I taste the espresso… when they’re made of those ingredients, that’s what happens.
